1. Acceptance of time -By booking a fuel slot through Fuel Slot, client will agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Slot booking

• Users can reserve a fuel slot at participating fuel stations via the platform.
• Each slot is subject to availability and confirmation.
• A booking confirmation will be provided after successful reservation.

3. Arrival time and grace period

• Users must arrive within the selected time slot.
• A grace period of [e.g., 10–15 minutes] may be allowed.
• Failure to arrive within the time (including grace period) may result in cancellation of the booking.

4. Cancellation and rescheduling

• Users may cancel or reschedule their slot within the allowed timeframe.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may lead to restrictions on future bookings.
• Refund policies (if applicable) will be stated clearly at the time of booking.

5. Payment terms

• Payments may be made online or at the station, depending on availability.
• All transactions must be completed using approved payment methods.
• Prices are subject to change as per fuel station rates and government regulations.

6. User responsibility

• Provide accurate vehicle and contact details.
• Follow station rules, safety guidelines, and staff instructions.
• Misuse of the platform or fraudulent bookings may result in account suspension.

7. Service availability Fuel Slot does not guarantee uninterrupted service at all times. Bookings may be affected due to operational issues, emergencies, or fuel shortages.

8. Privacy User data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Personal information will only be used for booking and service-related purposes.

9. Limitations Fuel Slot is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or station-related issues. We are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the service.
